Shipping Policy

After your order has been placed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation email. Your order will be processed in our fulfillment center within 24–48 hours. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.

When ordering, a phone number is required for the destination shipping address so our carriers can contact the recipient if required.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario.  Deliveries to PO Boxes will be shipped using Canada Post.

In the event of an out-of-stock item, you will be contacted by email and offered the option to change your order.
